Completely web-based, Logicscope's interactive Support Desk lets you raise and track queries online. Alternatively, send an email to the 24/7 Support Team.
Each query is allocated a unique ID number and can be tracked at all times via the web portal. Quoting this number in email communication creates a 'history' and resolution tracking, also available in the customer portal.
Access to Online Support requires a username and password, available from Technical Support.
